To encourage the development of ethics and ethical practices in organizations and to contribute to their continuous improvement.

Vision :

To be a dynamic network that brings together the various participants in organizational ethics in Québec.

Means :

• Bring together organizational, professional and academic participants in the field of organizational ethics  in Québec;
• Support knowledge-sharing and cooperation between these different participants;
• Contribute to the development of knowledge and abilities of people who work in organizational ethics;
• Conduct or contribute to studies on organizational ethics, and to the development of tools in this field;
• Support reflection on the practices of those active in ethics in organizations and the issues they are confronted with;

• Encourage the development of qualified newcomers to organizational ethics.
